TICKET INFORMATION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The performance lasts 2 hours without intermission. Audience members will be required to stand, walk, climbing stairs, be alone during the performance, and be separated from their group. Please use your discretion when purchasing tickets.

  • Our environments include water, ink, and beverages that can potentially stain clothing or shoes. We do not take responsibility for guests' personal items and advise you to keep this in mind when dressing for the show. Audiences are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes.

  • We have a mandatory coat and bag check. Your items will be stored and locked throughout the performance, though we cannot take responsibility for them. Please plan accordingly. 

  •  There is plenty of street parking near the space, but no parking garages. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all attendees to the performance. If you are completing a purchase on behalf of another individual or transferring your tickets, you warrant that you have made the attendee aware of these and that they have accepted these terms and conditions.

  • All ticket sales are non-refundable. Exchanges are not available less than 14 days before a performance. However, tickets are transferable.

  • There is absolutely no late admittance, nor are refunds or exchanges given for late arrivals or missed performances. House opens 20 minutes before the performance start time. 

  • No one under 21 is admitted, except for alcohol-free performances which are 18+. If a show is alcohol-free it will be noted on your ticket confirmation and receipt. If it does not, then the show will contain alcohol. All guests must present a valid ID at the door or they will be turned away without a refund.

  • Alcoholic beverages are served during the show. Please do not come to Then She Fell intoxicated. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the show to anyone who appears intoxicated, at the discretion of our staff, without refund.  If you have any allergies or do not drink alcohol, we advise that you decline any drinks when offered. 

  • We reserve the right to eject any audience member from the premises due to inappropriate or disruptive behavior, at any time, without a refund. 

  • Recording of any kind (photography, video, note-taking, or other) is prohibited inside of the performance space. Audience members violating this rule will be removed without refund. 

  • No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.
